It features an easy-to-use control unit with improved user interface, including two touch screen displays and an audio speaker for monitoring. In addition, it features new hot-melt injection and multi-directional flow hot melt chamber, as well as high density resin flow control system. With injection stretch blow molding, polymers are used to manufacture hollow objects with rotational symmetry. A preform is first produced using injection molding.


Extrusion blow moulding, injection blow moulding, and injection stretch blow moulding are the three primary types of blow moulding. The first step in the blow moulding process is to warm a preform or parison to soften the plastic. The parison is a plastic tube with a hole in one end that allows compressed air to pass through.
